How can you get user input through a live survey to understand how each passenger (Pedestrians, cyclists, light vehicle drivers and heavy vehicle drivers) gets into trouble due to road congestion (traffic) and try to understand the traffic related problem thoroughly.

Ask minimum 5 questions to empathize the public (All type of passengers and pedestrians) who uses the road to reach their target locations. Focus on the following attributes: Feedback / Satisfactory Level/ Alternate ways chosen/ user experiences/ facilities given by traffic police  and signals/etc, .
