Nancy has engaged in comparative studies of ICT in education policy and practice and ecological models of educational change and innovation; One of her research foci is on developing learning technologies and social technical infrastructure for learning design and learning analytics for scalable technology-enhanced pedagogical and assessment Innovations. Nancy is Professor and Founding Director of the Centre for Information Technology in Education (CITE) at the Faculty of Education, University of Hong Kong.
Sandra is a member of the Learning Analytics Research Group at the University of Melbourne; Convener of a University of Melbourne MOOC targeting professional learning and research engagement of teachers; and is conducting research on new approaches to assessment and certification in MOOCs. Sandra is Director and Enterprise Professor at the Assessment Research Centre at University of Melbourne.
Linda is Associate Professor, Learning Analytics and Director of the Learning Transformations Unit at Swinburne University of Technology. She is currently working on several large research projects exploring how learning analytics can be used to provide meaningful and timely feedback to academics and students as well research into the ethics of learning analytics. Linda is co-founder of the Victorian/Tasmanian Learning Analytics Network and is a co-ordinator of the ASCILITE Learning Analytics Special Interest Group.
Aneesha began her career as an electronics engineer but quickly transitioned to an educational software developer. Aneesha has worked in the higher education and vocational educational sectors in a variety of technical, innovation and project management roles. She is currently the Learning Analytics Manager at the University of Queensland.
Sadia is a data scientist/analyst with extensive knowledge in machine learning, data science and statistical analysis. With more than five years of international demonstrated experience in consulting, academia and industry, has extensive practice in data-driven decision making and data story-telling in real-world scenarios.
