A board game makes it possible to determine the value of design and reveals the decision-making of the players.
The game simulates the economic development of a company over six years and calculates the profitability of design costs. The game can be played by individuals or teams. The team version is comprehensive, covering five areas of innovation by design and allowing players to discuss the company's strategy. However, individual strategy is also critical, as each player has their own playing field and responsibility within the company for a specific area of the business.
The game's variability and attractive interface make it an ideal learning tool. High school and university students as well as company managers can play.
Duration of the game: 45 minutes, evaluation 10 minutes, presentation of results and awarding of the winning team and subsequent discussion on the value of design and business strategy 35 minutes.
