About US

Hi! We are Mina and Alicia, the founders of Desert Party Crafts. We are two special education professionals and moms. Alicia is an academic resource teacher and Mina is a speech language pathologist. We met in 2018 and have been the best of friends since. We started Desert Party Crafts after planning our own childrens' parties and seeing just how exhausting it can be. We also saw, however, just how rewarding it can be to watch your children have the time of their lives. We decided that we wanted to make planning and hosting parties easier for busy families who also want to throw unique and unforgettable parties. We have always enjoyed girls' weekends attending crafting workshops, and we wanted to bring that love of crafting to parties! We hope you will consider us for your next party. Parties can be stressful, but they don't have to be!
