Participation Requirements
Participation Requirements
All individuals desiring to serve in the Desert Mountain Conference Music Ministry must:
Demonstrate a willingness to serve in ministry through music with excellence and humility
Attend scheduled rehearsals (in-person and/or virtual as assigned)
Review and become familiar with all provided music prior to rehearsals
Follow the direction of the Music Ministry leadership team
Maintain a spirit of unity, cooperation, and respect for all members
Participation in the Music Ministry is both a privilege and a responsibility. All members are expected to:
Be Punctual: Arrive on time for all rehearsals, sound checks, and services
Be Prepared: Learn music in advance and come ready to rehearse effectively
Be Present: Attend all required rehearsals and worship services unless excused
Be Engaged: Actively participate and give your best effort at all times
Be Respectful: Honor leadership, fellow participants, and the sacred nature of ministry
Be Flexible: Adapt to changes in schedule, music, or direction as needed
