How To Register Your Student Athlete

Step 1: Register My Athlete - Link

Step 2: Physicals & Grades

Turn in your physical to Dawn Riggins at dawn.riggins@washk12.org, athletic

secretary, to HAVE SCANNED. Please make sure all three pages are filled

out.

Athletes are expected to maintain a 2.0 and only one F at all times.

Grades will be checked before the beginning of your sports season and

weekly by your coach Physical Form

Step 3: Pay School Activity Fee $100.
