By downloading or using Desert Run: The Endless Path (“the Game”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Game.

All gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on the user’s device.

• Purchased from marketplaces (e.g., Unreal Marketplace, asset stores)

• Designed or developed by independent designers or developers

• AI-generated or royalty-free resources

We acknowledge that not all assets and code used in the Game were created by us.
All such assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under appropriate licenses.

You may not reuse, extract, resell, or redistribute any assets contained within the Game, as their licenses do not permit user redistribution.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Device damage caused by hardware/software issues

• Loss of gameplay progress

• Issues caused by modified or unofficial versions of the Game
