INTERROGAZIONE: SPEAKING B1 PET
(CLASSI 1-2-3)
OUR ORAL TEST WILL BE BASED ON THE SPEAKING PART OF B1 FROM CAMBRIDGE EXAM (PET). IT WILL LAST 15 MINUTES AND YOU WILL DO IT WITH ANOTHER CLASSMATE
This part is composed of 4 tasks:
Part 1: Interaction with the examiner/teacher
Part 2: Picture description
Part 3: Collaborative task with the other candidate about a given situation
Part 4: Conversational questions with the other candidate
IMPORTANT: You can watch an example of the speaking test here
PART 1: you must be able to answer these general quesitons about your life, family, studies, hobbies, etc. You can also read the examples (Part 1 example)

PART 2: in this part you have to describe one of these pictures (video explanation) (quizlet crds)

PART 3: you will be given these situations and you must speak with you classmate for 3-4 minutes to solve the situation (video explanation) (quizlet cards)
PART 4:
In Part 4, you have to talk with your partner about a topic. The topic will be related to the photos you saw in Part 3.
For example, if the two photos were about games, then you will have to talk together about games you play or like, or games you used to play. If the two photos in Part 3 showed a classroom, then you will talk about your school. It is important to put questions to your partner and interact.

OUR ORAL TEST WILL BE BASED ON THE SPEAKING PART OF B2 FROM CAMBRIDGE EXAM (FIRST). IT WILL LAST ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND YOU WILL DO IT WITH ANOTHER CLASSMATE
This test is composed of 4 parts:
Part 1: Interaction with the examiner (3 minutes)
Part 2: Picture description: compare and contrast (4 minutes)
Part 3: Collaborative task with your partner about a given situation (4 minutes)
Part 4: Conversational questions with your partner (4 minutes)

PART 1:
In this part of the test, the examiner asks you simple questions about yourself. On this website you can find a battery of possible questions:

PART 4:
In Part 4, you have to talk with your partner about a topic. The topic will be related to the diagrams you discussed in Part 3.
For example, if the diagram was about "life in a big city", then you will have to talk together about some questions related to life in a big city. It is important to put questions to your partner and interact.
Examples of possible questions:
What's the best thing about living in the middle of a city? Why?
Do you think it's better to live in a city, or in a village in the countryside?
Is it better for children to grow up in one place or move around? Why?
