Derrick Jobe is a lifelong resident of Wilson County and a dedicated public servant. He is deeply committed to strengthening families, empowering youth, and fostering community growth. He is the proud father of two adult children—a daughter and a son—and draws much of his purpose from his family, faith, and service to others.
He is a graduate of Lebanon High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Emmanuel Bible College. He is a certified Lay Servant with a calling toward pastoral leadership and a strong foundation in faith-based education, mentorship, and community engagement.
As a co-founder of Jobe and Lewis Community Outreach, Derrick plays an integral role in advancing the organization’s mission to empower youth, strengthen families, and develop future leaders through mentorship, service, education, and community engagement. Through this work, he is committed to helping individuals discover purpose, build leadership skills, and gain practical tools to positively impact their communities. His passion aligns with the organization’s guiding vision of reclaiming the future by investing in people and fostering meaningful, sustainable change.
With a servant’s heart and a collaborative spirit, Derrick Jobe remains deeply invested in the well-being of Wilson County and the communities it serves.
