He worked in the bustling family trattoria in his hometown, where he learned the secrets passed down from generation to generation. Then, he sought new horizons in an elegant Italian restaurant by absorbing the precision and innovation of haute cuisine.  His dedication to fresh ingredients, artisanal pasta making, and genuine transmission of Italian flavor have made his trattoria an endearing corner of Casco, where tradition is served with a generous portion of love.
