Delete My Account

This action will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Once your account is deleted, all of your information will be lost, including:

• Your Skin Analysis History: All saved skin scores and analysis reports.

• Your Personal Information: Your name, email, and profile details.

• Your Skin Diary & Product Logs: All of your daily notes and saved product lists.

• Your Personalized Routines: All skincare routines created for you by the app.

Please be aware that this data will be permanently lost once you delete your account.

How to Delete Specific Data

If you want to remove certain information without deleting your entire account, you can do so by following these simple steps.

1. Navigate to the page containing the data you wish to delete.

2. Tap the three dots icon (...) in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Tap the "Delete my data" button.

That's it! Your selected data will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a simple process. Follow these steps to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

1. Open the App: Launch the Derma AI application on your device.

2. Access the Menu: Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the main screen.

3. Find the Button: Scroll to the bottom of the menu page and tap the "Delete My Account" button.

4. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation screen will appear. A verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your account.

5. Enter the Code: Check your email, copy the code, and enter it into the app to confirm your identity.

Once the code is verified, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.
