Hi! I'm Derek, a friendly and trusted English tutor, English teacher, and English coach based in Vancouver. I specialize in high school English tutoring and elementary school English tutoring. I offer English tutoring in the Kerrisdale, Oakridge, Shaughnessy, Cambie Village, Dunbar, Kitsilano, Point Grey, and UBC neighbourhoods build confidence and improve their English reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar, so they can succeed in school.

I also offer English tutoring for English Language Learners (ELL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) students in all  levels.

I provide one-on-one English tutoring on the west side of Vancouver via Zoom. I help high school, elementary, kindergarten, and adult students improve their English speaking, writing, reading, listening, and spelling.
