Almost everything in our society are social constructs, discourses are framed by narratives and often have no answers. You can never tell what is the correct stance you should take. You can never identify who is on your side and who is opposing you. You can never set a clear boundary between love and hatred. Bear in mind that this is how a society works. At the end of the day, everyone suffers regardless of their social status.
It is easy to feel angry at the totalitarian way of governing, or at the cultural clashes on certain issues. What's worse, you could get directly confronted for something you think you are not doing wrong. At all times, you must not get mad, because this is a physical and mental torture to yourself. You can't control what others do, but you can control your own emotions. Learn to calm down at all times and resolve the matter timely. And also remember there is no rights or wrongs.
We like to judge yet at the same time we are too ignorant to understand the trajectories of things. Try to be open-minded and understand how different people structure their thinking, rather than limiting yourself inside a container which you think is everything you have to know. Put yourself in a position to learn, the world is way too complicated.
Speak words of kindness, to everyone regardless of social and (in)visible differences. Avoid abusive languages even when you unfortunately want to use them. It helps to alleviate conflicts or clashes, and offers opportunities to build better interpersonal relationships.
You act and behave according to the principles you set, but other people in the society do not necessarily have to conform to these principles. They may not understand the blurred nature of rights and wrongs, they may impulsively make judgements without self-reflection, or they feel good in using abusive languages. And so you need to go further - learn to forgive, learn to love. This allows you to put aside all hared, sadness and troubles.
The world is too messy and complicated that you cannot guarantee all matters have the justice element in it, or you should not expect everything you encountered is just. It is a moral value but everyone can argue for their own 'definitions'. Try not to take it to heart. However, if you manage to hold and exercise some forms of power, regardless of its impact, you must uphold the principle of justice by not disappointing anyone.
I tend to hold the grudge which could be as minor as some slightly negative comments made by friends, or some different opinions on personal taste. Maybe this is the sense of identity or approval I am looking for. However, I should make such impact on myself less long-lasting. Although there is no right to stop others from making judgements and confrontations, I shall bear in mind that these acts are naive and thoughtless, and often these so-called standards are based on agreed norms - that are socially constructed and have a tendency to reject social differences. So, just be the confident self and pursue your goals. Not barriers but encouragement.

何必呢 何必呢 可知一切他朝都會身外過
得的多 還失的多 升得高的終於都會低墮
何必呢 何必呢 拋開一切束縛身心韁鎖
且向心內 仔細追尋 找那安然嘅我
