Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Derasah app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Hasan Muradi ("Service Provider").
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Use of the Application
The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use "AS IS".
You may only use the Application for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the Application in a way that damages, disables, or disrupts its functionality or interferes with others’ use.
3. Information Collection and Use
3.1 User-Provided Information
When you use certain features of the Application or contact the Service Provider, you may provide personally identifiable information (e.g., email address). This information is retained and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
The Application automatically collects data to improve user experience and functionality:
Last Login Time: Tracks the date and time of your most recent login.
Operational Data: Logs basic details about actions performed within the Application.
Push Notification Identifiers: The Application stores device identifiers (Player IDs) to send notifications for:
Scheduled reminders for class schedules and academic activities.
User interaction alerts (e.g., when someone replies to a post).
🚫 What the Application Does NOT Collect Automatically:
Precise GPS location (unless explicitly enabled by the user).
Browsing activity outside the app.
Sensitive personal data (e.g., contacts, stored files, phone number).
4. Notifications & Communication
By installing and using the Application, you agree to receive push notifications for:
Class schedule reminders and academic updates.
Post reply notifications when another user interacts with your content.
General app updates and important alerts.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The Service Provider does not send marketing messages or advertisements through push notifications.
5. Use of Information
The Service Provider uses collected information solely for the following purposes:
To provide and improve the Application’s functionality.
To send notifications for class schedules and post interactions.
To analyze user engagement and enhance performance.
To communicate important updates about the Application.
🚫 The Application does NOT use collected data for:
Advertising or tracking user behavior for marketing purposes.
Sharing personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling:
Google Play Services
OneSignal (Push Notifications)
The Service Provider may share certain limited data (e.g., Player IDs) with these services only to facilitate push notifications.
7. Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose your information:
As required by law (e.g., to comply with legal processes such as subpoenas).
To protect user safety or the safety of others.
To trusted service providers who adhere to strict privacy standards.
🚫 User data is NOT sold or shared for advertising purposes.
8. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop receiving notifications by disabling them in your device settings.
You can delete your data by uninstalling the Application.
If you want your data permanently removed, email a request to: derasahapp@gmail.com.
9. Data Retention
User data is retained as long as you continue to use the Application.
If you request data deletion, the Service Provider will permanently remove your account data within a reasonable time.
10. Children's Privacy
The Application is NOT intended for children under 17.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If a child’s data is discovered, it will be immediately deleted.

11. Security
The Service Provider implements reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, no online system is 100% secure, and users should take precautions when sharing information.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the new Terms.
13. Your Consent
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms and consent to the collection and processing of your information as outlined.
