نطاق هذه السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق Depty للهواتف المحمولة بنظام Android فقط. لا تصف هذه السياسة موقعًا إلكترونيًا أو تطبيق ويب، ولا ينشئ Depty خدمة حسابات على الويب.
1. البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق محليًا
صُمم Depty ليعمل محليًا على جهازك. قد يحفظ التطبيق البيانات التي تدخلها أنت، ومنها:
• اسم الملف الشخصي وأسماء مساحات العمل.
• أسماء الحسابات والتصنيفات والعملات وأسعار الصرف والمبالغ.
• تفاصيل المعاملات، مثل النوع والتاريخ والوقت والملاحظات وطريقة الدفع وسجل التعديلات.
• الصور أو المرفقات التي تختار إضافتها إلى المعاملات، بما في ذلك اسم الملف ومحتواه.
• النسخ الاحتياطية المحلية وبياناتها الوصفية.
لا يطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب Depty. ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نستخدمها للإعلانات أو التحليلات أو التتبع.
2. كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات محليًا لتشغيل دفتر الحسابات، وعرض الأرصدة والتقارير، وحفظ التعديلات، وإنشاء ملفات PDF أو نسخ احتياطية عندما تختار ذلك. لا يرسل التطبيق هذه البيانات إلى خادم تابع لـ Depty.
3. النسخ الاحتياطي المحلي
يمكنك إنشاء نسخ احتياطية محلية أو تفعيل النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي على Android. تُحفظ النسخ داخل مساحة التطبيق على جهازك، وتُشفّر باستخدام AES-256-GCM. يحتفظ التطبيق بأحدث ثلاث نسخ محلية، وقد يستبدل النسخ الأقدم عند إنشاء نسخة جديدة. حذف التطبيق أو فقدان الجهاز قد يؤدي إلى فقدان البيانات المحلية والنسخ المحلية.
4. Google Sign-In وGoogle Drive — اختياري
لا تستخدم Google Sign-In إلا إذا اخترت ربط Google Drive من داخل التطبيق لنسخ بياناتك احتياطيًا.
• عند الربط، قد يستلم التطبيق بريد حساب Google واسم العرض إن كان متاحًا لعرض حالة الاتصال.
• يطلب التطبيق نطاق Google Drive الخاص ببيانات التطبيق (drive.appdata) فقط.
• تُرفع نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة من بيانات Depty إلى مساحة بيانات التطبيق الخاصة بالتطبيق في Google Drive، وليس إلى ملفاتك العادية أو ملفات Drive الأخرى.
• لا يقرأ التطبيق ملفات Drive غير الخاصة به.
• قد يحتفظ التطبيق بما يصل إلى ثلاث نسخ احتياطية عن بُعد. عند إنشاء نسخة جديدة، قد تُحذف النسخ الأقدم تلقائيًا للمحافظة على هذا الحد.
• يفصل زر تسجيل الخروج اتصال Depty بحساب Google ويوقف عمليات الوصول المستقبلية من التطبيق، لكنه لا يحذف النسخ الموجودة تلقائيًا.
يُشفّر التطبيق محتوى النسخة قبل رفعه، ويخزن مفتاح الاستعادة في مساحة بيانات التطبيق الخاصة بـ Depty حتى يمكن استعادة النسخة عند ربط الحساب نفسه. تعتمد حماية هذه البيانات أيضًا على أمان حساب Google وجهازك. لإزالة بيانات النسخ الاحتياطية في Google Drive أو طلب حذفها، تواصل معنا عبر البريد المذكور أدناه.

5. التصدير والمشاركة
إذا اخترت إنشاء ملف PDF أو تنزيل نسخة احتياطية ومشاركتها، يمرر التطبيق الملف إلى ورقة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل. لا تتم هذه المشاركة تلقائيًا؛ أنت تختار التطبيق أو الجهة المستلمة. بعد اختيار جهة خارجية، تخضع البيانات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الجهة.
6. ما لا نفعله
لا يحتوي Depty على إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل أو أدوات تتبع. لا نبيع المعلومات، ولا نشارك محتوى دفتر الحسابات مع جهات خارجية لأغراض تسويقية. الاستثناءات هي خدمات Google المطلوبة للنسخ الاحتياطي الاختياري، وأي تطبيق تختاره أنت لاستلام ملف من خلال المشاركة أو التصدير.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى بيانات دفتر الحسابات على جهازك حتى تحذفها من داخل التطبيق أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تحذفه. يؤدي إجراء إزالة الحساب داخل Depty إلى حذف الملف الشخصي ومساحات العمل والحسابات والمعاملات والمرفقات والنسخ الاحتياطية المحلية المحفوظة على الجهاز. تحتفظ النسخ المحلية بحد أقصى ثلاث نسخ. أما نسخ Google Drive فتخضع للحد الموضح أعلاه، ولا يؤدي فصل الحساب وحده إلى حذفها. يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب حذف بيانات مرتبطة بالنسخ الاحتياطي عن بُعد.
8. الأمان
نستخدم التخزين المحلي المعزول الخاص بالتطبيق، ونشفّر ملفات النسخ الاحتياطية باستخدام AES-256-GCM، ونحفظ مفتاح النسخ المحلي في التخزين الآمن للنظام. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل مضمونة تمامًا؛ احمِ جهازك وحساب Google برمز مرور ومصادقة مناسبة.
9. خصوصية الأطفال
Depty ليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا اعتقد ولي أمر أن طفلًا أرسل لنا بيانات شخصية، يمكنه التواصل معنا.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو طريقة التعامل مع البيانات. سنحدّث تاريخ آخر تعديل في أعلى الصفحة، ونوضح التغييرات المهمة بطريقة مناسبة.

Privacy Policy
Depty — Mobile Ledger App

Scope
This policy applies only to the Depty Android mobile application. It does not describe a website or web application, and Depty does not operate a web account service.
1. Information stored locally
Depty is designed to work locally on your device. The app may store information that you enter, including:
• Your profile name and workspace names.
• Account names, categories, currencies, exchange-rate notes, and amounts.
• Transaction details such as type, date and time, notes, payment method, and edit history.
• Images or attachments that you choose to add to transactions, including the file name and content.
• Local backups and their metadata.
The app does not require a Depty account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
2. How information is used
Your information is used locally to operate the ledger, show balances and reports, save edits, and create PDF files or backups when you choose those actions. Depty does not send this information to a Depty-operated server.
3. Local backups
You can create local backups or enable automatic local backups on Android. Backups are kept in the app’s storage on your device and are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Depty keeps the newest three local backups and may replace older backups when a new backup is created. Deleting the app or losing the device may result in the loss of local ledger data and local backups.
4. Google Sign-In and Google Drive — optional
Google Sign-In is used only if you choose to connect Google Drive from inside the app for backup purposes.
• When you connect, the app may receive your Google account email and, when available, display name to show the connection status.
• The app requests only the Google Drive application-data scope (drive.appdata).
• An encrypted Depty backup is uploaded to Depty’s application-specific data area in Google Drive, not to your regular Drive files or other Drive content.
• The app does not read unrelated files in your Drive.
• The app may keep up to three remote backups. When a new backup is created, older backups may be removed automatically to maintain that limit.
• Signing out disconnects Depty from the Google account and stops future access by the app, but it does not automatically delete existing backups.
The app encrypts the backup content before upload and stores a recovery key in Depty’s application-specific Drive area so the backup can be restored when the same account is connected. Protection also depends on the security of your Google account and device. To request removal of Google Drive backup data, contact us using the email below.

5. Exporting and sharing
If you choose to create a PDF or download and share a backup, the app passes the file to the operating system’s share sheet. Sharing is not automatic; you choose the receiving app or person. Once you choose a third party, that party’s privacy policy applies to the shared data.
6. What we do not do
Depty contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. We do not sell information or share ledger content with third parties for marketing. The exceptions are Google services required for optional backups and any app that you choose to receive a file through sharing or export.
7. Retention and deletion
Ledger data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. The Remove account action in Depty deletes the local profile, workspaces, accounts, transactions, attachments, and locally stored backups on the device. Local storage keeps no more than three backups. Google Drive backups follow the limit described above, and disconnecting the account alone does not delete them. You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with remote backups.
8. Security
We use the app’s isolated local storage, encrypt backup files with AES-256-GCM, and keep the local backup key in the operating system’s secure storage. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; protect your device and Google account with an appropriate passcode and authentication.
9. Children’s privacy
Depty is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. We will update the last-modified date at the top of this page and explain material changes appropriately.
