I am an applied economist and statistician specializing in developing tools for data-driven decision-making essential for evidence-based policy formulation. As the Director of Behavioral and Primary Health Analytics at the Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA), part of the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), I provide administrative oversight supporting the agency's clinical, programmatic, and business data analysis and reporting. I lead research initiatives focusing on improving digital healthcare access for marginalized populations facing behavioral health challenges. My work aims to leverage data to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes for underserved communities.
