Stepping forward for the opening of City Schools Division Office of Sto. Tomas took place in Sto. Tomas North Central School, September 16, 2022.
Alongside with the opening of SDO was the welcoming of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Neil G. Angeles, who served as Assistant Schools Division Superintendent in the City Schools Division of Cabuyao City.
