From Bacolod City Public Plaza, take a jeepney bound for MANDALAGAN–CENTRAL MARKET or BANAGO–LIBERTAD at the loading area in front of Bacolod City Police Station 2. Inform the driver to drop you off at the corner of San Juan–Rosario Street, near the DepEd Division of Bacolod City.
