LANDAS is a career guidance toolkit developed by the Department of Education (DepEd) to help Junior and Senior High School students (Grades 9–12) explore educational tracks, choose academic or technical-vocational electives, and navigate future career opportunities. 

The Landas (Filipino for "pathway") Toolkit is a career guidance toolkit for Grades 9–12 learners that helps them make informed career decisions by exploring career options, educational tracks, and future opportunities through the 5 futures thinking skills.

The goal is not to decide for learners—but to facilitate open conversations.
