The DepEd LR Portal functions as a clearinghouse. That is, it provides information about the location of resources (hardcopy and softcopy) and allows users of the system to access directly digitized versions of resources that are published and stored within the LR Portal repository.

It has the capability to expose learners to computer-based tests with PISA like questions that have the potential of improving the country's performance in the next round of PISA exams. 

The Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Program is a major curriculum reform by the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) designed to simplify learning and improve the employability of graduates. It replaces the previous multi-track system with a more focused and flexible structure.

It's a valuable resource for students of all ages and a tool for educators to use in the classroom

Bloom Library is a free, accessible online platform and software that empowers language communities to create, share, and use reading materials in their own languages. It provides thousands of pre-made book templates and the easy-to-use Bloom software allows local authors and educators to translate, adapt, and create their own content, which can include traditional stories, health and safety information, and more. The books can be read online, downloaded, printed, or used on mobile devices and the Bloom Reader app. 

Let's Read Asia is a free, digital library and program by The Asia Foundation that creates and distributes children's books in Asian languages to improve literacy. It provides culturally relevant stories through a free online library and app, works with local authors and illustrators to create new content, and engages in community-based programs to encourage a love for reading. 

Early Grade Learning Hub is a one-stop online portal for resources and information related to early grade education, specifically developed for the Philippines. It serves as a repository for materials like reading resources, videos, and other knowledge products created through projects like ABC+, a partnership between the Department of Education, USAID, and implementer RTI International. The hub allows governments, educators, and other stakeholders to access and download these materials for use in early grade learning interventions.
