Lesson 5. Topographic anatomy  of the facial section of the head. Division into regions. Lateral part of the face: parotid-chewing, buccal, deep regions. Parotid salivary gland, its duct. Blood supply to the face. The veins of the face and their connections. Lymphatic drainage. Removal of parotid gland. Primary surgical treatment of facial wounds
