This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Dento application ("App"), developed for iOS devices. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. License Grant
Dento grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without prior written permission.
2. Data and Privacy
All data entered into the App (including book details, notes, photos, and progress tracking) is stored locally on your device. Dento does not collect, transmit, or share your data with third parties.
You retain full ownership of your content. Dento assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to data due to device failure, theft, or user error. We recommend regular backups of your device.
3. Offline Use
The App functions entirely offline. No internet connection is required for core features, including logging books, capturing photos, or organizing your library.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content within the App are the property of Dento. You may not use these materials for commercial purposes without authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dento is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
6. Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Changes will be posted within the App, and continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.
