Dr. Itzel Gallegos is a dedicated dental surgeon based in Tijuana, Mexico. A proud graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), she is currently pursuing a specialty in Orthodontics to continue offering the most advanced, up-to-date care to her patients.
