よくある質問 / FAQ
Q. 写真や患者データはどこに保存されますか？
A. すべて端末内のみに保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。
Q. 判定結果は診断ですか？
A. いいえ。エビデンスに基づく審美的な参考表示であり、医学的な診断・治療判断ではありません。
Q. Pro プランの解約方法は？
A. iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。無料期間中に解約すれば料金はかかりません。
Q. Where are photos and patient data stored?
A. Only on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Deleting the app deletes the data.
Q. Is the result a diagnosis?
A. No. It is an esthetic reference based on published evidence, not a medical diagnosis or treatment decision.
Q. How do I cancel the Pro plan?
A. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. No charge if you cancel during the free trial.

Dental Smile Analyzer（以下「本アプリ」）は、Toshinari Toyama（以下「開発者」）が提供します。
収集する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択・撮影した写真、ユーザーが入力した計測値・患者番号・氏名・メモ、および解析結果を取り扱います。これらはすべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
外部送信について
本アプリは、写真・計測値・患者情報・解析結果を開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信しません。アプリ内の「不具合・ご意見」は端末のメールアプリを開くだけで、内容の送信はユーザー自身が行います。
カメラ・写真へのアクセス
写真の撮影・選択のためにカメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めます。アクセスした写真は解析と端末内保存のみに使用します。
患者情報の取り扱い
患者番号・氏名は、ユーザー（歯科医療従事者）が症例を検索するために任意で入力するものです。開発者はこれらにアクセスできません。ユーザーは各自の法令・院内規程に従って取り扱ってください。
データの削除
患者一覧から症例を個別に削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
課金について
Pro プランの購入・更新・解約は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。開発者は支払い情報にアクセスしません。
第三者サービス・広告・解析ツール
本アプリは広告、アクセス解析、外部 SDK を使用していません。
医療上の免責
本アプリは審美的な参考情報を表示する補助ツールであり、医学的な診断・治療の判断を行うものではありません。

Dental Smile Analyzer (the "App") is provided by Toshinari Toyama (the "Developer").
Information handled
The App handles photos you take or select, the measurements, patient ID, name and notes you enter, and the analysis results. All of this is stored only on your device.
No transmission
The App does not send photos, measurements, patient information or results to the Developer or any third-party server. "Report a problem / feedback" only opens your mail app; you decide what to send.
Camera and photo access
The App asks for camera and photo-library permission to take or select photos. Photos are used only for analysis and on-device storage.
Patient information
Patient ID and name are optional fields entered by the user (a dental professional) to find cases later. The Developer has no access to them. Please handle them according to your local regulations and clinic policies.
Deleting data
Cases can be deleted individually from the patient list. Uninstalling the App deletes all data on the device.
Purchases
Pro plan purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple's App Store. The Developer has no access to payment information.
Third-party services, ads, analytics
The App uses no advertising, analytics or third-party SDKs.
Medical disclaimer
The App is an assistive tool that displays esthetic reference information. It does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

About Live Smile: This feature uses Apple's ARKit face tracking. All processing takes place on your device. Face geometry data is never stored or transmitted; captured images are saved only when you choose to save or share them.
