Dental Comm ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Information We Collect
Dental Comm is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information. We do not collect your name, email, photos, contacts, or health records.
On-device data: Your app settings and preferences (such as selected language and voice options) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Subscription data: If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by the app store you purchased from — Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to verify your subscription status. This involves a randomly generated, anonymous identifier and your purchase receipt. It does not include your name, payment card, Apple ID, or Google account.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above is used solely to:
Provide and maintain app functionality
Verify and restore active subscriptions
Improve app reliability
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Subscription processing is handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their respective privacy policies.
Text-to-Speech
Spoken output is generated using your device's built-in speech features. The text you enter is processed on your device and is not collected or stored by us.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
Because the app stores preferences locally on your device, you remain in control of your data. You can clear it at any time by deleting the app.
Request deletion of your data
On-device data (language, settings, preferences): uninstall the app from your device. This removes all local data immediately.
Subscription data (anonymous purchase verification via RevenueCat): email dentalcommapp@gmail.com from the address you used for support. We will request deletion of associated subscription records within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
