Welcome to the DentaBuddy App!

DentaBuddy - Health Is Wealth is developed by DentaBuddy Inc. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how your information is collected, used, stored, and deleted.

PURPOSE OF THE APP

DentaBuddy is designed to help users maintain and improve their dental and oral health. The app provides features such as:

• Dental appointment tracking

• Appointment reminders

• Daily oral-care and tooth-brushing reminders

• Dental health information and educational content

• Treatment-related reminders and information

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you sign in using your Google account, we create an account record containing:

• Your user ID

• Your email address

• The date and time of your sign-in

This account information is the only personal data we store outside your device.

Other information you create or enter in the app is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. This may include:

• Treatment start date

• Daily tooth-brushing records and related statistics

• Appointments

• Theme and application preferences

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not collect or upload your photos or videos.

• We do not upload your dental treatment or tooth-brushing records to our servers.

• We do not use advertising or tracking technologies to track your activity.

• We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone recordings, or payment information.

• Reminder notifications are created and scheduled locally on your device.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

The limited account information we collect is used only to:

• Provide and maintain your account

• Authenticate your access to the app

• Support account-related functionality

We do not sell your personal data.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may only be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to provide authentication services requested by the user.

DATA RETENTION

Your account information (user ID, email address, and sign-in information) is retained only for as long as your DentaBuddy account remains active.

When you delete your account or sign out using the account deletion functionality provided by the app, the account information stored by DentaBuddy is deleted.

If you request account deletion by email, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after we verify the request.

Information stored locally on your device remains on that device until it is deleted through the app, the application's data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

We do not retain deleted account data beyond the deletion period described above, except where retention is required by applicable law.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You can delete your account and associated data through the app.

If you cannot access the app or your account, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to dentabuddy.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Use "Account deletion request" as the subject.

3. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

4. We will confirm the deletion by email.

You can also remove locally stored application data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling DentaBuddy from your device.

SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal information processed by DentaBuddy against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's functionality or our data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
