Hi, I'm Denny. Welcome to my website!
I'm a PhD candidate in Finance at Queen Mary University of London with nearly a decade of academic and professional experience in Finance and Economics. I'm passionate about delivering research-driven insights and analytical expertise to organisations as a researcher, analyst, and consultant.
My primary research concentrates on Applied Corporate Finance, Ownership Structure, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. I also pursue interdisciplinary work that connects Corporate Finance with Legal Frameworks, Asset Pricing, and Investors' Portfolio Choices.
My educational journey includes Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Corporate Management from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, followed by an MSc in Corporate Finance from the Higher School of Economics. In 2020, I attained full ACCA membership and qualification.
My professional experience includes working in Deloitte's Financial Forensic Investigation division within the Financial Advisory department, where I developed strong managerial and consultancy capabilities.
I'm constantly expanding my analytical toolkit through advanced data analysis methods, sophisticated estimation techniques, and programming skills for data processing and modelling.
In my free time, you'll find me on the tennis court - the sport provides me with an ideal balance of fitness, strength, and agility. Since 2019, I've been singing as a Baritone with the Royal Choral Society, performing in several world-class venues and concert halls.
