Brigham City Assistant Police Chief Dennis Vincent served his community with honor and a willing smile for nearly 30 years. He unexpectedly passed away on October 26, 2018 from complications following a brain aneurysm during his annual law enforcement physical fitness test. His impact and legacy were far-reaching and he was beloved beyond measure. A helpful hand, a joke to ease tension, professionalism, courtesy, and respect for every person are just a few of the things we miss about Assistant Chief Vincent. We want to remember and continue his legacy of service.
Brigham City Police Sergeant Chad Panter served as a valued officer for 18 years, during which time he rarely missed an opportunity to make someone smile. Whether he was lending a helping hand, which he almost always was, or doing his best to ease tension, if Chad was around, there was always laughter. He truly brought out the best in those who were lucky enough to know him! His skills in building and fixing things applied to structures and humans alike. We want to remember and honor his adventurous life of service in the community he served so diligently.
