A Review on String Cosmology

These are some brief notes on conformal field theory, written as a supplement to the main report of the project. We will refer to these notes, mainly in the fourth and fifth chapter where we introduce the string theory and the supergravity

This is the midterm report written for the review project. Here, we give the preliminary information on cosmology, effective field theories, inflation, bosonic string theory, and supergravity in four dimensions.

This is the final report for the project. Here, I give a review of superstring theory and the aspects of compactifications and moduli stabilisation. Then I move on to a general section about the string inflation and string cosmology. The review is concluded by a review of several leading string inflation models.
