This privacy policy applies to the Deniz Market app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muhsin Deniz (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Automatically Collected Information
Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
App crash logs and performance data
Push notification tokens for delivering notifications
Information You Provide
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device unless you explicitly grant permission for delivery address verification purposes.
Registration Information
During registration, the Application allows users to sign up using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In (iOS only), Facebook Login (Android only), or email/password authentication. When you choose to register with a third-party provider, we collect the following information from your account:
First name and last name
Email address
Profile picture (if available)
Profile Completion Information
After registration, the Application may request additional information to complete your profile, including:
Full name (first and last name)
Phone number (Turkish format: +90 XXX XXX XXXX)
Date of birth (users must be at least 13 years old – optional field)
Order and Delivery Information
When you place orders through the Application, we collect:
Delivery addresses (street address, apartment/floor details, building name)
Order history and preferences
Payment method preferences (cash on delivery)
User-Generated Content
Product reviews and ratings
Favorite products list
Shopping cart contents
Purpose of Data Collection
The Service Provider may use the information you provided for the following purposes:

To process and deliver your orders

Push Notifications
The Application uses OneSignal for push notification services. You can manage your notification preferences within the Application settings:
Order Notifications: Updates about your order status and delivery
Promotional Notifications: Campaigns, discounts, and special offers
General Notifications: Announcements and general information
You can enable or disable each notification type independently. Push notifications require your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time through your device settings.

Third-Party Data Sharing
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.
The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted service providers (e.g., Supabase, OneSignal, authentication providers) who work on our behalf and have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement.
Legal Requirements: As required by law, to comply with legal processes, protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests, including compliance with Turkish law and regulations.
Data Storage and Security
Your personal data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure with SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication, access controls, regular audits, and encrypted storage for sensitive information.
Data Retention Policy
User data is retained as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter (typically up to 3 years after inactivity). Order history may be retained longer for legal/accounting requirements.
To request deletion of your data, use the in-app "Delete Account" feature or contact muhsindeniz24@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, portability, and deletion of your data. You can also opt-out by uninstalling the app, disabling notifications, or revoking third-party access.

Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and will delete any such data immediately.
Location Data
Location access is only for delivery purposes, with explicit permission, and can be revoked anytime.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application uses local storage and device identifiers for functionality but does NOT use third-party advertising trackers or cross-app tracking.
Data Transfer
Data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards.

Updates will be notified via in-app notice, push notification, or updated page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

California residents have rights to know, access, delete, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
