I am an adjunct professor of Economics at the Management Center of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Agreste Academic Campus (CAA). I also teach in the Postgraduate Program in Economics (PPGECON) at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and in the Postgraduate Program in Economics (PPECO) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).  Post-doctorate in the Department of Economics of FEA/USP. 

My main research interests are in Urban Economics, Regional Sciences, Health Economics, Regional and Social Inequality and Economic Development, with emphasis on public policy evaluations and urban interventions in large and medium-sized urban centers.
