We follow a strict **Privacy-First (Minimal Data Collection)** approach. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver and personalize your daily knowledge drops.
### A. Information You Provide
* **Google Authentication Data:** When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your basic public profile information:
* Email address
* Unique User Identifier (`uid`)
* We do **NOT** request, access, or store your passwords, contacts, Google Drive files, Gmail messages, or phone number.
### B. App Preferences and Usage Data
* **Content Preferences:** Topics/categories you select (e.g., Science, Philosophy, Tech) and your preferred daily delivery time.
* **Content Feedback:** Likes and dislikes on drops you evaluate. This is stored to prevent repeating content you have already evaluated.
* **Local Storage:** Drops, reading history, and local preferences are cached locally on your device via SQLite.
### C. Technical and Device Permissions
The App requests only the following permissions:
* `POST_NOTIFICATIONS`: To deliver your scheduled daily knowledge drop.
* `SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM`: To trigger your notification at the exact moment you have chosen.
* `RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`: To automatically restore your daily notification alarm after your device restarts.
* `INTERNET`: To synchronize preferences and load new drop catalogs.

## 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for:
1. **Authentication and Account Management:** To recognize you across app sessions.
2. **Personalized Content Delivery:** To schedule and deliver drops based on your preferred topics and schedule.
3. **Non-Repetition Algorithm:** To ensure drops you have already liked or disliked do not reappear in your daily feed.
4. **App Functionality:** Maintaining offline-first cache and synchronized settings.
We do **NOT** sell your data, use data brokers, or use your data for advertising targeting.
