Research Interests
Evolutionary dental research
Investigate dental microstructure, functional morphology, morphometrics, and evolution
Analyze dental tissues as potential archives of diet, physiology, and life history for forensic applications
Stable isotope ecology
Combine data and modeling approaches to simulate how environmental isotope signatures are transferred to different animal tissues
Paleoclimatology and Paleoecology
Use isotope tracers and Bayesian models to facilitate quantitative interpretations of climatic and ecological proxies.
Methodology
Develop quantitative methods and open source algorithms that make isotope science and morphometrics more accessible
