The Western Soaring Falcons Dementia Alliance is a Dementia Australia accredited, volunteer-led community group working across Hobsons Bay, Wyndham and Melbourne’s west.

We bring together people living with dementia, carers, local businesses, community members and professionals to raise awareness, advocate for inclusion and create meaningful opportunities for people affected by dementia to stay connected and engaged in their communities.

Our vision is to foster a community where people living with dementia are respected, included, supported and able to continue living well.
