**** Storage Policy - All completed Service units are subject to storage fees if that are not picked up within 10 calendar days of completion. 

Minimum storage charge of $50 effective the 11th day and units will incur $10 per day thereon after.****

****We offer an in-house warranty on most of our used units. The warranty is "in-house". Any repairs must be performed by Deluxe RV Service & Sales to apply. Parts and Labor are included in the warranty. All Warranty repairs will be at the discretion of Deluxe RV Service & Sales.  

Deluxe RV Service & Sales WILL NOT cover any other shops labor or parts. 

The period of the warranty is 90 days. 

Lack of maintenance by owner will not be covered. 

Warranty covers Gas system(Propane), Electrical & Appliances anything beyond those items will be at the discretion of Deluxe RV Service & Sales. 

The warranty holds no monetary value and units will not be discounted in lieu.****

Deluxe RV Service & Sales will not be held liable for any theft/damage as a result that occurs on the premises. We have a locked and fenced yard, cameras, and block our gates. We do this to help minimize the chances of theft.
