10th Grade Curriculum team lead -collaborated in the development of a skills-based curriculum more closely aligned to standards and MCAS requirements.
Implemented the AP Capstone program with an average qualifying rate of 80%; since implementation in 2016, the program has grown and many students scored higher than the global average in select standards.
Collaborated in embedding AP practices throughout the department and in other departments.
Facilitated professional development on several topics including AP strategies, educational technology, offering prescriptive feedback, and curriculum development.
