CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Note:-

The registration fee includes 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Regular registration (Delegates) includes participation certificate, lunch, and tea for 27 and 28 June 2024. Please fill the 'Delegate Registration Form' below.
Indian students who want to witness the DELTAs conference can register as student attendee. Please fill the 'DELTAs Attendee Registration Form' below.
Student attendee registration includes participation certificate, lunch, and tea on a per day per person basis.
Any international attendee can attend both conference days online (via zoom). Please fill the 'DELTAs Attendee Registration Form' below. The fee is $30.
Important: If you are presenting a paper or a poster, you can NOT register as an attendee, you must register as a participant.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Indian Participants

Using the online payment link (in the registration form), you can pay using all leading banks' net banking portals, credit/debit cards, UPI gateways like (PhonePe/GPay), and wallets.
Convenience fee while using credit/debit cards or net banking to be paid by the users.
Please fill in the correct details while paying online, note down the Transaction Reference Number, and save the screenshot of the successful payment. You would be asked to upload the same in the registration form.
After the payment is successful, do not forget to submit the registration form.
In any case of a transaction failure, please try after 24 hours after ensuring no money is debited from your account.

International Participants

International Participants can pay the registration fee via either of the two modes:

a) Online bank transfer using the bank account number and SWIFT code, or

b) Using the online payment link (in the registration form), using all leading bank credit cards

Please note down the Reference Number of the Transaction and save the screenshot of the successful payment. You would be asked to upload the same in the registration form.
