Step 1 Determine whether a Delta Mix license is the correct decision for your organisation
Compile the business case to become a Delta Mix Licensee. Review the Delta Mix marketing brochure, the Delta Mix product offering, and assess the cost structure. Obtain all required management, legal and compliance authorisations prior to proceeding with a licensee arrangement.
Step 2 Calculate the fee structure applicable to your organisation in relation to this contractual arrangement
Applicable fees include a one-off License Inception Fee, plus a continuing Royalties structure set at 1.5% of net sales. All royalties are to be remitted quarterly.
This fee schedule is based on a combined assessment of the scale and scope of your business operations.
If your organisation's net market valuation is less than $500,000 you are eligible for a flexible fee agreement at your own discretion and to be negotiated with Delta Mix Business Partner.
Small to medium size enterprises whose net market valuation is $500,000 to $2.5M may elect to participate subject to either the flexible fee arrangement or the fixed fee schedule. Please consult Delta Mix Business Partner to negotiate your preferred terms of license agreement.
Large cap companies with an net market valuation between $2.5M and >$100M may participate according to the fixed fee schedule.

Step 3 Review, download and and complete the required documentation
Legal contracts and other agreements are downloadable from the Schedule of Forms section. These documents must be completed by an authorised representative acting on behalf of the contracting entity.
Step 4 Submit legal forms and applicable fee(s)
Submit the completed documentation together with evidence of legal capacity such as a certificate of incorporation (also known as certificate of registration) or other evidentiary material such as to prove ownership or controlling interest of the contracting entity. Make payment of the license inception fee (where applicable) and provide a copy of the receipt of payment.
