The Transnational Event is for staff with an interest in the move towards digital learning. Staff from four countries will take part (ES, DE, CZ, UK) and they events link into two of the Intellectual Outputs:
IO2: Didactic and Methodological concept and curriculum, to support developing the competencies of trainers. This will be the focus of the Santander event and its key outputs will be the review of current teacher competencies, identification of best practices and creation of the concept and curriculum.
IO3: Digital Module creation: This is the focus of the Prague event and its key outputs are the technical expansion of competencies via the development of digital module including step-by-step instruction, best practice, case study and video creation.
In essence, Santander is about the current state of digital competence of staff and how this should be improved. The partner responsible in Prague will then take away these learning to develop digital modules which will be presented as an initial pilot, tested and further developed by co-creation at the Prague event.
Memory Media explores health and social care issues in a consortium of 5 partners. Dundee and Angus College and Forth Valley College (UK), Centro de Formacion Somorrostro (Spain), FoU Centrum, Linkopings Kommun (Sweden) and Gannan Medical University, (China). This international partnership enhances the attractiveness of HE courses in Europe by looking outside of Europe to one of the strongest economies in the world and how they are assigning resources to the care of older people. Creating an opportunity for convergence of 2 different cultural approaches (East meeting West) will bring benefits to Europe's HE curricula.
