We welcome all creche/ nativity displays!  Below are important steps and info:

1. LABEL EACH PIECE with YOUR NAME :  These  nativities are precious and we  would hate for any pieces to get separated or not know who owns them. Most put initials or a sticker on the bottom of each piece.

2. LABEL THE  BOX OR BIN:  there is room under the display table to store your nativity bin.  Please label your box/ bin with your name.

3. DROP OFF & SET UP:  125 White Sage Ave. Delta, Utah-- north foyer doors
   Wednesday ,  Dec. 3 , 2024  from 12-8pm
   *there will be a nativity sign-in table to document your nativity/ contact info, then you can set up your nativity on the center community tables
   
   

4. PICK UP: Saturday, Dec 6 at 6:15 pm
   please be on time for pick up, the whole festival comes down in 90 minutes, and the top priority is getting precious nativities safely back into the hands of the owners.
   
   

SECURITY & SAFETY: The building is locked and these valuable nativities are monitored by the Creche committee throughout the set up and during the public festival. 
To divide the public from the displays, we create a barrier of poinsettias to prevent children or others from touching the nativities during the festival.
