There is a carpenter shop next door they work only during daytime. Sometimes they cut too much wood in machine all day. Sometimes it is quiet. Wood dust a problem sometimes during day. I closed windows in day time. You need vehicle. Location is next to peaceful river. Host is honest , which is more important than annoyances in neighbourhood. Inside is all clean. He didn't even ask a penny until I checked out. Rare hospitality. Caretaker went 15 km to Udupi to buy corn flakes, toiletries etc in rain. I appreciate it. If you want to walk to beach you can but too many big buses, cars were there on road, I was scared, since no footpath present, when bus comes you have no place to walk, barely double road without footpath, . Host will not bother you at all, that's a good thing."
