Δ

Δ is a fortnightly informal reading seminar on applied geometry and topology, based at Duke University.
Meeting time: Wednesdays at 3:30pm.
Google Calendar: Link.
Members: Elchanan Solomon, Alex Wagner, Paul Bendich, Woojin Kim, Shreya Arya, Jack McErlean, Xiaojun Zheng, Henry Kirveslahti.

Structure: All talks are at most 40 minutes. We ask that speakers do not discuss their own research. Finally, talks should be like classroom lectures rather than conference presentations, giving emphasis to intuition, examples, and clear explanations, as opposed to high-level or technical summaries of results.
