GBE Terms and Conditions 

Terms and Conditions for GBE 2024

• Please enter through the DHS Gym entrance. All entry tickets and any additional pre-purchased tickets will be available in an envelope marked with your name upon check in. You will receive an Entry number on the envelope. This number will be used when purchasing additional tickets at the event. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot.

• Masks are OPTIONAL 

• Extra bidding tickets may be purchased in the gym and hallway. Please be sure to provide your Entry Number when purchasing any additional tickets.

• All gift baskets are located in the Gym and are listed within the program.

• All tickets, except 50/50, can be purchased prior to the event online with a credit card here: https://delran-mshs-pta-6972.mycheddarup.com 

• Additional tickets including 50/50 can be purchased the day of the event - CASH ONLY 

• Entry Ticket - 

  • Everyone MUST purchase an entry ticket to gain entrance to the event 

  • Entry Tickets are WHITE and have your assigned Entry Number [This will be used to purchase additional tickets]

  • This is a sheet with one large ticket [says 'HOLD THIS COUPON'] and 26 smaller tickets [25 bidding tickets and 1 door prize]. 

  •  ALL 26 small tickets can be used to BID. You MUST keep the large ticket [says 'HOLD THIS COUPON']  

  • Deposit the smaller tickets in the  PINK bag that corresponds with the gift basket you would like to win. 

  • Retain the large ticket for the number. If you do not have the “Large Ticket” for pick-up, we will not be able to give you your prize and the prize will be forfeited.

• Regular Bidding Tickets –.

  • Extra regular basket tickets will be PINK

  • This is the sheet with one large ticket [says 'RETURN THIS COUPON'], 1 smaller ticket [says 'HOLD THIS COUPON'] and 25 bidding tickets. 

  • The large ticket [says 'RETURN THIS COUPON'] must be return when purchasing the tickets. 

  • The smaller ticket [says 'HOLD THIS COUPON'] Retain this large ticket for the number. If you do not have the “Hold this coupon Ticket” for pick-up, we will not be able to give you your prize and the prize will be forfeited.

  •  Deposit the 25 smaller tickets in the PINK bag that corresponds with the gift basket you would like to win. 

• Premium Ticket Items – 

  • This is a GREEN  double ticket

  • Retain the side that says “Keep this Coupon”.  If you do not have the “Keep this Coupon” for pick-up, we will not be able to give you your prize and the prize will be forfeited. It is important to ensure you don’t place both tickets into the bags.

  • Deposit the other half of the ticket in the GREEN  bag of the item you would like to win. 

• Mega Ticket Items – 

  • This is a YELLOW  double ticket 

  • Retain the side that says “Keep this Coupon” ticket. If you do not have the “Keep this Coupon” for pick-up, we will not be able to give you your prize and the prize will be forfeited. It is important to ensure you don’t place both tickets into the bags. 

  • Deposit the other half of the ticket in the YELLOW bag of the item you would like to win. 

• 50/50 – 

  • This is a  Blue  double ticket 

  • Retain the side that says “Keep this Coupon”  ticket. If you do not have the “Keep this Coupon” for pick-up, we will not be able to give you your prize. 

  • The 50/50 tickets will only be sold in the gym during GBE  

• Our LIVE Drawing will begin promptly at 7:00pm via our Facebook PTA Page and YouTube. We hope you enjoy watching this evening with friends and family and wish you all Good Luck!

• ALL winning baskets MUST be picked up on Sunday, April 21st between noon and 2 PM. If you do not pick up your basket on Sunday, April 21st you will forfeit the winning basket. 

  • YOU MUST HAVE THE TICKET STUB TO CLAIM ANY WINNING BASKETS OR THE BASKET WILL BE FORFEITED. 

  • Please make arrangements for someone to get your winning item if you cannot make it on Sunday by emailing theberkoffs@verizon.net & they MUST have the TICKET STUB to claim the basket 

  • If a basket is not claimed on Sunday, we will draw another ticket so please don't throw away your tickets until all baskets have been claimed.  

• No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to participate.  

• No one under the age of 21 can bid or win any baskets containing alcohol
