When can I buy tickets for the GBE?
Online Tickets will go on sale Sunday, March 8th at 12pm. To order click on this link to go to the website. GBE tickets will NOT appear on the site until the set date and time.
There will not be an option to purchase tickets in person
What does the entry ticket include?
The entry ticket for $25 includes admission to the event, a sheet of 26 bidding tickets to bid on the regular baskets, 1 door prize ticket, a snack and small bottle of water when leaving the time slot. Door prizes winners will be available for pickup on Sunday at the DHS Gym between 12 pm –2pm.
What are the baskets tiers?
There are three basket tiers for this event. Regular Baskets $25-$174, Premium Baskets $175 - $499, and Mega Baskets $500 +
What are the prices for additional tickets?
Regular Baskets (Pink tickets) = $10 a sheet or 4 sheets for $35 [25 tickets per sheet]
Premium Baskets (Green tickets) = $5 ticket or 5 tickets for $20
Mega Baskets (Yellow tickets) = $10 ticket or 3 tickets for $25
50/50 Tickets (Blue tickets) = $1 ticket or 7 tickets for $5 – CASH Only and only sold during the event.
What time slots are available?
The time slots are 9:00AM-10:30AM; 10:30AM-12:00PM; 1:30PM-3:00PM & 3:00PM-4:30PM. Please line up 15 minutes prior to your time slot to assure on time access.
How long are the time slots?
Each time slot is an hour and half long. Your time ends at the end of the time slot and not based on when you arrive. Please arrive on time to assure you have time to place all of your tickets.
Can I purchase a time slot for myself and a friend?
Yes, you can purchase tickets in a time slot so you and your family/friends can view the baskets together. If you are purchasing additional entry/basket tickets for a friend, you will be required to enter the friend’s information during the ordering process. This way we can track and contact the correct winners.
Can I pre-purchase my additional sheet of tickets?
Yes, you will be able to purchase additional sheets of tickets for the regular baskets, and tickets for the Premium Baskets and Mega Baskets. You can even log back on to buy the additional ticket prior to the event. We strongly encourage you to purchase your entry time slot ticket FIRST as we expect the time slots to sell out very quickly! THEN log back in to purchase any additional tickets in advance to avoid wait times and allow more time to view and bid on baskets. Pictures and details of the majority of baskets will be posted online. The final program, listing each of the baskets, will be posted by April 12th. Your pre-paid tickets will be waiting for you when you come in for your bidding time slot.
Will I be able to buy more tickets when at the event?
Yes, you can purchase additional tickets for the Regular, Premium, and Mega baskets the day of the event during your viewing time slot. You can also purchase 50/50 tickets. Only CASH will be accepted the day of the event.
What methods of payment will be available at the event if I decide to purchase additional tickets?
For additional tickets and 50/50 Tickets we will be accepting Cash for the day of the event
How will I be able to watch the LIVE event?
The live drawing will be done at 7pm on the Delran Middle/High School PTA Facebook Event Page and/or YouTube.
What if I don’t have a Facebook account, how can I watch the event?
The event will be on YouTube.
If I can’t watch the LIVE event, will I be notified that I won?
After the winners are selected during the live event an email will be sent to everyone who purchased a ticket for the the event listing the winning numbers. (Winners will also be posted on our website following the event under the winner’s page)
When can I pick up the baskets?
All Basket MUST be picked up on Sunday, April 19th at the Delran High School Gymnasium between 12 pm –2pm
What if I personally can’t pick up the basket on Sunday? Can I send someone?
In the event you are unable to pick up your winning basket or door prize, please email tara_porreca@comcast.net before 10 am Sunday morning with the name of your designated pick-up person and they MUST have the ticket stub to claim the basket.
