Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 30th June, 2025
Terms and conditions are effective as of the effective date set above by Delphiddie. Please read the agreement carefully and ensure you understand and agree to it. If you have any questions, contact delphiddie@gmail.com.
Section A - Deposit
I. Orders will only be processed upon receiving a 50% non-refundable deposit from the total amount after receiving an estimate.
Section B - Estimate Request
I. By submitting a request for a service estimate, you agree to provide accurate information.
Example: Recipient name, company name, contact number, email address, home/business address.
II. 4-15 business days for completion of projects, (depending on quantity).
III. Rush orders will attract an additional fee from $25ec and up.
IV. An estimate does not guarantee service availability or final pricing.
Section C - Validity of Estimate
I. The estimate is valid for 30 business days from (date issued). If not accepted by (date the estimate expires), the estimate will expire and may be subject to change.
II. Prices are based on current material costs and labor rates. Any significant changes in material prices or availability may result in a revised estimate.
Section D - Acceptance of Estimate
I. By accepting the estimate, the customer authorizes the service provider to schedule and begin work as agreed upon in the estimate service terms and conditions.
Section E - Estimate Changes
I. The estimate covers only preliminary assessment, specific services and materials outlined in estimate.
II. Any additional material, work or changes outside initial scope of work (requested by customer or service provider) will require an updated estimate.
III. Unforeseen issues discovered after work begins may result in additional charges and the service provider will issue an updated estimate.
Section F - Final Payment
I. The remaining balance is due upon completion/collection.
II. Late payments are subjected to a $10ec late charge, applied everyday an invoice remains unpaid.
Section G - Payment Method
I. Acceptable payment methods are (cash, cheque, electronic payment - Mobanking National Bank)….Payable to delphiddie
Section H - Pricing
I. All prices listed are for general information purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
II. All prices are in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD).
III. Full payment terms and final pricing will be outlined in invoice terms and conditions.
Section I - Design Vision
I. You may send logos, pictures, screenshots of desired vision to delphiddie@gmail.com.
Disclaimer: No two designers are the same.
Section J - Layout Approval
I. Customer will receive TWO (2) drafts/layouts for approval.
II. Any EXTRA drafts/layouts by customer, understands this will lead to additional fee of $5ec each.
III. Approval granted to (Job#) must be received in writing via email before any project completion.
IV. Failure to give approval of drafts/layouts will result in project delay.
Section K - Project on Hold
I. Customer shall give the service provider a written notification of any delays of project.
II. Projects delayed by customer on or before due date, will automatically be placed on hold.
III. Customer must pay a fee of $20ec before continuing any project placed on hold.
IV. Failure to comply will result in project cancellation.
Section L - Operation Hours
I. Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 3:00pm.
II. Saturday and Sunday – Closed.
III. All Public Holidays – Closed.
Section M - Delivery
I. Delivery with charges ($5ec - $20ec) depending on location.
II. Customer will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
III. Delivery may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions. Should this be necessary, we will rearrange for the soonest possible mutually convenient day.
Section N - Canceling Billing
I. Customer shall give the service provider a written notification of any cancellation of projects.
II. Any work completed up to termination will be adjusted and invoice accordingly.
III. Customer agree to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the entire agreement between customer and service provider (Delphiddie). No other verbal or written agreements should replace this document.
