Dealership just ripped me off to program new set of keys to the ecu. Months go by and they still can't get the car started. I'm ready to pull the ecu out and take off the immobilizer chip at this point but can't find anywhere online that shows me what that chip will look like when i open this baby up.

No System Launcher found is usually a problem with the boot chips, whether or not there is one bad or they are not compatible with O/S game combination that is installed. The mohter board could be an issue but would be the last thing I would check, the IDE cable doesn't usually get torn, it will get unplugged from time to time though.
