A) Architecture Vision

The immediate phase of the preliminary stage is Architecture Vision. This mainly focuses on a better understanding of the key features, and customer requirements, and includes Architecture Vision, which describes the desired upcoming state of an enterprise. Here, it aligns with the vision of the organization’s strategic goals and mottos.

B) Business Architecture

As it is planned to shift to the cloud, companies need to hire new cloud engineer professionals or workers. In this phase, it mainly develops a detailed plan based on the inputs gathered in phase A. The ultimate outputs include a set of architectural requirements, principles, and a Business Architecture document. Deloitte Consulting always tries to create detailed business architecture.

C) Information Systems Architecture

The Purpose of Phase C is to Propose Target Models (TM) for either one of the Data and Apply Systems domains or both of them Since the scope of Phase C has been limited to those IT-related processes which support the business processes, interface for IT related processes to non IT related processes have also been demarcated.

D) Technology Architecture

In this phase, Technology Architecture develops a keenly observed and detailed plan based on the outputs from the previous phase (Phase C). Here, Deloitte’s business and information systems architectures are aligned to the technological architecture; it also involves selecting and standardizing TOGAF Framework 5 any one specific technology to out-reach the goals of the organization.

E) Opportunities & Solutions

In phase E, implementation will start which is the most the phase interested in implementation directly. The objective is in job box selection the key work packages or projects that are undertaken. Every aspect which is considered "new" must be a process implemented in the business 

F) Migration Planning

The migration planning phase is the phase where the detailed plan for transitioning from the baseline to the target architecture will be developed. Here, it develops a migration plan for implementing changes to Deloitte’s architecture. This might involve a phased approach to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.

G) Implementation Governance

It establishes governance mechanisms to ensure that the effective implementation of the planned architecture is going well. It reviews the implementation structurally. This might include defining the roles & responsibilities, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise during the implementation.

H) Architecture Change Management

The main goal of Phase H will bring to life the architecture change management process for the upcoming enterprise architecture baseline that has been achieved during the completion of Phase G. This process includes monitoring of technology innovations plus research on changes in the business environment, and determine whether to formally start a new architecture evolution.
