Liability - Delmor Lanes is not responsible for injuries, lost or damaged property, or delays due to factors beyond its control (e.g., lane unavailability, power outages, weather, or emergencies). Any disputes and obligations may be resolved by refunding the bowling fee.
Behavior & Attire – Delmor Lanes reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone engaging in disruptive behavior or illegal activity. Appropriate attire is required, and guests with strong or offense odors may be asked to leave.
Delmor Lanes may, in its sole discretion, delay, suspend or end a bowling game or suspend or cancel a customer's use of the center in whole or in part and at any time for any reason without penalty or refund.
Liquor - Hard liquor is prohibited unless previously agreed upon. Use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Customers must be 21 to drink and provide a valid ID.
Food - Popcorn is not allowe.
Parties - All parties must be pre-paid.
Rental Shoes & Balls – Please return all rental shoes to the counter before leaving. All bowling balls should be returned to the rack they were found before leaving to help keep the center tidy.
4lb balls are reserved for children 45 lbs and under.
6lb balls are for children whose fingers properly fit the holes. They cannot palm the ball to throw it.
Foul Line - Lanes are treated with oil and are extremely slippery. Crossing the foul line can cause a fall and serious injury. After crossing the foul line, clean the soles of shoes before bowling.
Tripping Hazards - Be aware of steps and walking paths. Please keep personal items out of the way. Report hazards to staff.
Equipment - Do not touch mechanical equipment. Ask staff for help with stuck balls, pins, or bumpers.
Ball Return - The ball return has moving parts. Serious injury can result from reaching into the ball return opening. Keep hands away from the ball return and ball return tray. Watch children.
Scoring - Delmor Lanes will not keep score except by its automatic scoring equipment and is not responsible for equipment failure.
Lofting - Lofting is prohibited. Throwing the ball above release height is prohibited. Lofting the ball on wood lanes will dent or damage the lanes. Anyone lofting the ball may have their game suspended and could be asked to leave the center.
Speed Limit – Throwing faster than 19.9 mph is not allowed to protect lane equipment.
