John and Kari Deer
John and Kari have been coaching Delmar Track and Field since 2018. They also serve as board presidents for the club. John and Kari are both still active in the running community. They've competed in local, national, and international races since they met in college and enjoy sharing the sport with the community. Both John and Kari are teachers and NYSPHAA certified coaches.
Cross Country
Cross Country
Erin and Paul are excited to coach the Delmar Track and Field Cross Country program. Erin has years of coaching experience at both the modified and high school levels. Paul has an unparalleled love of trails. Both Erin and Paul have been runners in the Albany area for over two decades and look forward to sharing their love of running with a new generation.
