Annual Dues:  Remember that your annual dues are due by March 1.  Paying with a credit card is now an option.  See the $$ menu option above.  Note: There is a small fee and % charge, like other companies charge when you are paying with your credit card.  

Ballots:  On February 11, you should have received an email with a  ballot to update a few sections of our covenants.  We would like to have the ballots by the end of March, if not sooner.   See your email for where to drop it off.  

I don't know about you, but I like to get things like that done right away so they are not forgotten.  We need to hear from at least 2/3 of our homeowners for a decision of yes or no.   Let us hear from you!

Update: The city came by on Dec. 27 to collect our leaves that have been covered by snow, until recently.

The city is scheduled to resume its leaf collection schedule.  The South neighborhoods are scheduled for 12/22-1/2.  You can watch the following website.  As they get closer to our area, they will post a more specific date.

The city reminds folks of the following:

• Have your leaves on the strip by the street by 7:00 a.m. on the day that they are in the neighborhood.  

• Don't put leaves in the trash or recycling bins

• Don't burn your leaves...it's a city violation.

• While you are waiting, do not place your leaves in the street, since it can change the traffic flow in unsafe ways.  Plus, it has a greater chance of covering up the storm drains when in the street.  

FYI: Due to the deterioration of several of our manholes throughout our community, the City of Fort Wayne has chosen the 5 worst to repair.  They will be working on them over the next week or so. If one is located on or near your property, a representative from Aqua or HK Solutions have already or will be reaching out to you.

Work is presently going on near the small footbridge. You may want to avoid walking in this area.

Reminder:  Our Annual HOA meeting is scheduled for: January 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.  More information to come.
